baking

everyone i talk too thinks that baking is a chore. when in fact its a kind of meditation, it bring old ways back to our lives. and brings us a sense of being, and love into our families. though it may be simple and sometimes, a Norman Rockwell picture, but to me its about old ways brought to new times, I love family events sharing times with the ones you love, and also bringing joy to every one that enjoys a home cooked meal, when i was young we use to alway,s go to this one hill in the winter to go sledding  and after we would go have a cup of hot chocolate .  with marshmellows what a joy and feeling of being home again, then we would watch my mother bake for hours around the kitchen table. my aunts would be there and we would be lost be in conversation, and of course,
 the boys would be in the tv area enjoying the man cave time, it was a simple time  a time that really needs to come in all our lives the time for home baking and making things in our own back yard. is back the great america way of life wasn,t gone just forotten and we as loving people need to bring back the simple thing's into our lifes again wether it is baking or cooking with your kids. The lasting impressions that you may leave is priceless, and it teaches long lasting values and joy to everyones life.
just like the stone that is skipped across the pond. its ripple affect can be felt all the way across the lake, so cause that ripple affect, no matter how small the idea the larger it grows by sharing. thanks again for reading.

dough making

I have worked for my father ,years ago,making bread dough and when he use to own a small little pizza place we made pizza dough, it was fun and gave us time to spent with each other my father never really had any time to spend with us because there were lots of mouths to feed and alot of bills soi dont resent himi honor the sacrifices he had to make to give us wha he could it is a labor of love he use to tell me
when you make the dough you have to enjoy what you do its not going tomake you rich but it will teach you the basic needs to survive
patients is one knowing how how much to put in Ingridients) and when and when to let the dough rise enough to bake growing uparound a bakery has always been my favoprite time i too have children now and i intend to bring the same tradition to them thank you for listening  god bless
